中國儲能網(wǎng)訊：為加快儲能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，推動能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，“第七屆中國國際儲能大會”將于2017年4月24—26日在蘇州香格里拉酒店舉行。本屆大會由中國化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會聯(lián)合中國可再生能源學(xué)會光伏專業(yè)委員會、中國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟協(xié)會可再生能源專業(yè)委員會、中國可再生能源學(xué)會風(fēng)能專業(yè)委員會、中國可再生能源學(xué)會并網(wǎng)專業(yè)委員會、中國投資協(xié)會儲能產(chǎn)業(yè)投資促進中心、中國機電進出口商會太陽能光伏產(chǎn)品分會、國家太陽能光熱產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、中國電建西北勘測設(shè)計研究院有限公司光電設(shè)計院、中國移動通信集團設(shè)計院有限公司、鑒衡認證中心、英國伯明翰大學(xué)等單位主辦，中國化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會儲能應(yīng)用分會與中國儲能網(wǎng)承辦。
受中國國際儲能大會組委會邀請，江蘇歐力特能源科技有限公司研發(fā)部副總經(jīng)理陳智勇博士將出席本次大會，并發(fā)表“新能源發(fā)電接入電網(wǎng)面臨的若干問題及對策研究”主題演講，以下為陳智勇博士的個人介紹。

陳智勇 博士，1985年生，湖南婁底市人。2016年獲湖南大學(xué)電氣工程博士學(xué)位，師從羅安院士?，F(xiàn)為國家電能變換與控制工程技術(shù)研究中心（湖南大學(xué)）博士后、江蘇歐力特能源科技有限公司研發(fā)部副總經(jīng)理，主要研究方向：分布式發(fā)電及其電能質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)。
Zhiyong Chen was born in Loudi City, Hunan, China, in 1985. He received the PHD degree in electrical engineering at Hunan University, Changsha City, China, 2016. During the period of pursuing the PHD degree, he was under the tutelage of Prof. An Luo who is an Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. Currently, Dr. Chen is doing the postdoctoral research at the National Electric Power Conversion and Control Engineering Technology Research Center at Hunan University. Also, Dr. Chen is the deputy general manager of R&D department of JiangSu Oliter Energy Technology Co., Ltd. His research interests are distributed generation and its power quality control.
