中國儲能網訊：近日，由亞洲開發(fā)銀行捐贈、中興能源承建的巴基斯坦亞行風光互補電源系統(tǒng)試點工程已經完工，并順利完成一年運維移交當地政府。該項目作為亞行示范項目，為巴基斯坦無電山區(qū)的村民解決用電難題提供了很好的示范作用。
Recently, ADB wind-solar hybrid power system pilot poject in Khushab, Punjab, Pakistan which is donated by Asia Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as “ADB”) has completed and hand over to local government after 1 year operation. As a pilot project, it provides a good example to solve power problems for residents of no-electricity mountain villages.

本項目位于巴基斯坦旁遮普省胡沙布地區(qū)的無電山區(qū)（Wadgal和Pheera兩個山村）。在夜晚，當地村民只能使用蠟燭和煤油燈進行照明；在夏季，氣溫高達四五十度，當地村民卻無法使用電風扇降溫。無電給當地村民的日常生活帶來了極大的不便。
This small power plant is located in Wadgal and Pheera villages, the mountain villages of no electricity area in Khushab district, Punjab province, Pakistan. Villagers only use candles and oil light to provide light in the evening. In summer, the highest temperature is almost 50 degree Celsius, but villagers can’t use fans to cool down.

為了改善當地居民的生活環(huán)境，基于WAPDA的電網規(guī)劃和當地的風力、太陽能資源，亞行決定在這里捐贈一座風光互補電源系統(tǒng)。中興能源憑借多年國內外光伏項目實施經驗，迅速脫穎而出成為本項目的EPC總承包方，負責該項目的實施。
To improve the living environment of local residents, ADB decide to donate a wind-solar hybrid power system here according WAPDA grid planning and local wind resource and solar resource. And Zonergy is in charge of the execution of this project as an ECP contactor, depend on abundant PV solar project experience all over the world.
盡管現(xiàn)場施工條件非常艱苦，地處無電山區(qū)深處，但中興能源的施工人員還是克服了種種困難，順利的完成了項目的實施。
Although the project site is located in very far no electricity and no water mountain area, and have a very hard environment, but Zonergy team overcome all the difficulties, and completed this project rapidly. Then let us to see the execution of this project as following:
本項目裝機容量共計55KW，包含2臺10KW風機機組和1個35KV的光伏電站，年發(fā)電量為7萬多度，能滿足當地80戶村民約560人、1所學校、1個清真寺的日常用電以及電站運維自用電需求，很大程度地改善了當地村民的生活質量。
The capacity of this project is 55KW, include 2 sets of 10KW wind turbine generators and 1 set of 35KV PV solar power system. It will produce more than 70,000KWh power every year, to provide energy for 80 household 560 persons, and 1 school and 1 mosque, and will greatly improve life quality of local residents. Zonergy is in charge of designing, construction and 1 year O&M works as an EPC contactor.
項目建成后，亞行總部領導、旁省能源局領導等頻頻訪問參觀電站。該項目給當地無電地區(qū)離網光伏項目提供了很好的示范作用。
After completion of the project, ADB head office and Punjab energy department visit power plant frequently. And it is a good example for local no electrical area in off grid PV solar project.
